3.2 Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Sale promotions may have specific terms outlined at the time of promotion.

3.4 Order Acceptance

4.1 Shipping Areas

We ship globally with the exception of Asia and certain remote regions. If you are located in an area we cannot service, we will notify you promptly.

4.2 Shipping Methods and Times

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

4.3 Shipping Responsibilities

Once products leave our warehouse, the risk of loss and title passes to you. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your spooky finds. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Decorative Lighting (due to delicate nature and electrical components)
• Seasonal & Holiday Decor (especially perishable or time-sensitive items)
• Outdoor Seasonal & Holiday Decor (items designed for limited-time use)
• Any product that has been used, damaged, or is not in original packaging

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for approval and Return Authorization Number (RAN)
4. Securely package the item(s) with original packaging
5. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package
6. Ship to the address provided

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of the new item.
