Shipping Information
We ship our spine-chilling products globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions). Once you’ve placed your order, our team of dedicated haunters will get to work.
Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Flat rate fee of $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your spooky finds. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations or fit your haunted vision. Don’t worry—our returns and exchanges process is designed to be as straightforward as a midnight stroll through a graveyard.
Return & Exchange Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your delivery. Please note that all items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Decorative Lighting: Due to the delicate nature and electrical components.
- Seasonal & Holiday Decor: Especially perishable or time-sensitive seasonal items.
- Outdoor Seasonal & Holiday Decor: Items specifically designed for limited-time use.
- Any product that has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RAN clearly on the outside, and ship it to the address provided. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item sent to you.
